Integrations is a new innovation from Anthropic that builds on their Model Context Protocol (MCP) to make Claude a more flexible and context-aware AI assistant. It was launched in 2024 and currently supports 10 major services such as Atlassian's Jira and Confluence, Zapier, Cloudflare, Intercom, Asana, Square, Sentry, PayPal, Linear, and Plaid. More partnerships with companies like Stripe and GitLab are expected. The feature is currently available in beta for Claude Max, Team, and Enterprise plans, with future availability for Pro users.
